i totally agree with what he's talking about... also, IMO, westboro is a social problem, not a legal one... the way to counter westboro is to get out there and face them down... people vs people... no need for any legal representation... just go where they go and try to have more people and make them irrelevant... drown them out in a sea of positivity... make them look even more petty and hateful than they already do... i would take the time to go if it was near me... why not...



WTF is up with alito anyways? he wants to forget the constitution because he's offended??? thats the kind of wimpy mindstate that we all need to avoid if we wanna stay true to our roots... anyways, much thanx to the rest of the judges whos votes were based on law and solidly constitutional...

I just know that if I am at anybody's funeral and the "real ***s" show up and start stinking it up, they will get a extreme reaction back.

If it was one of ours, we would stop the funeral and go beat s*** out of some phony "chreeschuns" for awhile and make a good time of it.

If that is Fred Phelps and that group - they aren't anyone to be talking about "dumb and ugly".....

I can't think of anyone I know that has time for some little tiny person with a great big mouth at a funeral....

honestly, im surprised they havent been roughed up yet... i bet its happened before... i mean, they are just so offensive... i can see somebody at a family funeral just letting loose on these cats... who knows tho... i bet they are somewhat armed... they must have something... stick, i dunno...

That's their business model. Get you to do something stupid because of their protests, then sue the bejeebus out of you. You DO know Phelps was a lawyer, right?
