    Up to 28 men and boys 'filmed gang rape' of 11-year-old girl on their mobile phones

    28 people??? in the sexual assaults and rape on this 11 year old girl in texas... real nice... were talking multiple incidents... and now you got people saying the 11 year old dressed provocatively and wore make up on those days... like it matters right... lil ho had it coming to her i guess... and what kind of parents does this girl have when this can happen and either she doesnt talk or they dont notice the change? and there was a change, always is... and why is she allowed out like that? shes just a lil kid... either way, shes 11 and was raped and still in 2011 we still have people saying she had it coming cause of how she dressed... that is so fukced up...

    There was a case recently in Manitoba where a Judge actually was lenient on a rapist because he said the woman was dressed provocatively!

    I personally think he should be thrown off the bench and disbarred.

    seriously "dressed provocatively" is exactly zero defense for rape and it is a case of blaming the victim. That kind of thinking needs to be shut down real fast as it is totally unacceptable.

    That town is forever screwed in Texas. Too many people involved. I am stunned at the complicity that occurred, that is revealing of a deeper and darker problem in society.

    Stories like this ****ing kill me...nothing I can say to communicate how angry and frustrated I become when reading **** like this...and helpless that I can't just make that kind of sadistic, disgusting **** not happen.

    This whole ****ed marble should just be scrapped at this rate.

    i am right there with you....it hurts. i just hope im never actually involved in something like this personally if i ever have kids.... i would snap and i know it.

    just think of how many people actually kew about this and didnt say anything... thats a crime... there are probably hundreds of gulty people here...

    if you see kiddie porn and dont immediately report it, you broke the law... possessing it is really bad... but just seeing it is wrong... just knowing it exists and not reporting it is wrong... so much guilt here...

    there was a case up here where a younger girl was drugged and went rounds on film and a ton of kids got charged... its still a big ongoing case... in a place called maple ridge...

    its started by people trying to justify their actions or cause its their kids, or star basketball player etc etc... but it gets picked up so fast by others... its sad like gossip, real sad sh1t...



    and lucas, you would be suprised... when your kid gets hurt youre far more concerned about the kid than whoevers responsible for their hurt... if they kill your child, well then you have no kid to hold you back... but you know in your mind that if you get jacked up you arent helping your child... its an ego thing, and you would keep it in check for your kids sake, if not your own...
