Wow, looks like he is teaching in my home town of Yuen Long (the closest town to my home village anyway).
Had to chortle at the transliteration of 'laap sau' as 'lip sau'.

I think he was at the Ip Man Tong opening in Foshan and still teaches in HK according to he link you posted

they were the guys doing the san shou demo (with the tai shorts and gloves) on the vtaa conference. from what I remember he was a cop and only started doing full time classes when he retired. could be a different guy but looks like him in the pics.
