That is what I am trying to figure out. I know there is a 36 elbows form and I know there is often a splicing that occurs for demo purposes.

But I am at a loss.

Is the first form even pure Buk Sing? Or was it an integrated form from another system?

it is a joint locking chi na and anti/counter chi na form, probably for grabbing and locking all those juicy long fists he saw in sparring coming up in training. its all in the short hand, tiger and dragon inside fighting principles although he has clearly evolved it to a high level.

Oh Robert where have you been, the voice of reason.

I kept thinking it was a spliced form, the thing I kept seeing was his nuts being exposed. But from your point view I can see the applications.

Very Wing Chungish, very Hung gar ish. Intresting evolution.

    From what Sifu told me:

The gentleman performing that short-bridge form learned it from Tarm Wei, who was a cripple of some sort. So apparently, he emphasized a lot of short-hand stuff and his Buk Sing was quite unorthodox because of the physical deficiencies.

    Something along these lines.

The 1st form has a similar flavour of Cho Ga patterns I know and have seen. Short bridge CLF similar to what GM Cho "Dak Sing" taught in Guongzhou & Poon Yee.

Tarm Wei must have been the son with the limp. He was supposedly famous for his no-shadow kick and fu jow.

@Violent Designs- ask your sifu if he heard the story about Tarm Wei tearing Tarm Sing's bicep with a fu jow The stories about Tarm Sam's sons are something else I am told.

Second one says on the clip. It's Lin Waan Kau Da Kuen (陳順明師父 - 連環扣打拳)
    (continuous and returning strikes?)

First one seems pretty obscure, looks interesting though.
