    Intro into Sparring (MMA)

    Hi guys,

First off, Hope all is well. noticed my last login here was 2009. time flies huh?

Second A few months ago I wrote part1 of an introduction to sparring (for MMA) on my blog and I noticed that it recieved a lot of attention on an internal Chinese TMA forum where it was discussed and appeared to be very appreciated and many could make a translation to their own training.

so I though that maybe my old buddies at KFO (It will ALWAYS be KFO to me) might enjoy this especially if they look above any "style or art" and just look at the big picture. Part 2 may not be as as widely transferrable, but I still think there will be benefit that any art could take from it, particularly San Shou, whcih was where I got some of my very first exposure to a format which had striking and grappling combined.

    Part 1

    Part 2

Thanks ST00! Despite your failure to master the dim mak, this is a great read and helpful to me!

There was nothing in there about 5 finger exploding heart palm at all.

Needs more cowbell in that respect.
Kung Fu is good for you.
