    What is internal?

    Does chi exist?

How does practicing form alone make one a better fighter?

    Must dead flies stay dead?

I'm not Chinese, can you condescend to me? Please?

How do I retract my jumblies?

    Why is san shou evil?
    1. yin and yang coexist at the same time or cancel each other out over time.

you may have internal only after you have external and not one without the other.

    2. forms are collections of postures or menu or library logs

san shou is free fighting with rules

forms are boring or dead as door knob. but it is a key to open the gate.

stuff comes alive in san shou or lei tai.

No. It is not what you take from your own hand that counts, but what you place in mine.
