    I agree with you 100% on this. Just to prove that I'm not just trying to argue for the sake of argument (You will never heard our MMA friend to say "I agree with you" even if you just quote a sentence from the bible).
    I don't think you are MMA guy, their are a few lads here that are still wet behind the ears.

    I did not bring up any Yiquan training videos, my only reference is Sam Tam video,
    I don't follow those video fighting stuff, I don't know what they are trying to show, ask them.

    Dummy or demo person might not hit back but they do try to keep from being pushed or unbalanced.

    External muscle is bad in that it gives a bridge to opponent that can be used against you.
