    nothing for Zhou?
The Shang are pre-zhou and post mythical period.
I saw an exhibition of Shang artifacts. Pretty amazing stuff.

In truth, I found it to resemble Olmec artifacts!
The spear heads were huge and ornate and they had a thing for large, intricately cast Incense and funeral Urns.

    anyway, cool!
Kung Fu is good for you.

Gongfu people will have the respect of the world if they start training with bows and axes while wearing armor.

Koreans say they invent everything that came from China -1

China doesn't say anything and Korea preserves aspects of Chinese culture better than China -1

When the mainland reabsorbs them all will be one again.

    thx man

if anyone do weapons training i recommend wearing a weight vest, it will put chinese martial art in a better perspective

if teachers teach weapon sparring and dont like their students hopping around and playing tag, make them spar wearing weight vests, it makes a huge difference
