The new Format is awesome, you guys keep adding to this site and this latest addition on conditioning will help all of us organize our thoughts and gain useful info....awesome, this site kicks ass on E-Budo. I don't even post there anymore..in fact, i think i forgot my password!

man do i aggree, another thing that would be really cool, is that if people would like to show the world their skils thei could perhaps upload a small demo of a form or them fighting, i know this sounds kinda superficial but i would really like to see some of the people here in action :) Just doing some kicks, a form, fighting in a tournement anything :)
