    You are absolutely right!
    Regarding economy of physical conditioning and the harder work involved wrestlinng and judo have core methods that give more bang for the buck!
    There is a tendency to idealize shuaijiao and mystify it so anything disciplined and teaches basic structure has to be worth it.

    Wrestling and judo has always given BJJ guys a harder time to earn their victory than karate, kungfu or mystical maetial arts!
