I went to train with Randy Couture at the original team quest years ago
The first hour we worked double leg, everyone was like COOL!
Then the second hour we worked double leg, just a little harder
Then the third hour we worked double leg, just make sure you really plant the guy into the mat and drop your shoulder in his gut
Then, for the fourth hour, we worked.... DOUBLE LEG
Then we all crawled across the 4 lane highway to our hotel rooms

The Flow is relentless like a raging ocean with crashing waves devasting anything in its path.
"Kick Like Thunder, Strike Like Lighting, Fist Hard as Stones."
"Wing Chun flows around overwhelming force and finds openings with its constant flow of forward energy."
"Always Attack, Be Aggressive always Attack first, Be Relentless. Continue with out ceasing. Flow Like Water, Move like the wind, Attack Like Fire. Consume and overwhelm your Adversary until he is No More"
