    Hi Mike
Just finished watching your clips last night, also some of the others you have up.
Cudos to you. Well filmed, well explained and all very interesting.
I'll have a look at the rest of them over the weekend

Hopefully he'll be relieved to find that we challenge pompous and condescending statements by self-proclaimed experts.

And also that he need not be bound by others' standards of behaviour.

That was pretty intreating with the wobble at the end. Is this a type of propriocepter training is that something taught normally or have you developed it from modern propriocepter training. And is the reason you aren't in the pole stance for stance training or to make it harder on the upper body. But like the exercises as the are prett standard but a good explanation in the first video. The stuff with the stance in the second I didn't really like but each to his own.

Nice clips-as always, Mike. Very detailed and informative. Did you study with Duncan Leung?

Personally, I think the majority of independent Wing Chun Sifus out there today are so-called 'self proclaimed experts', and that includes you and me (although I have never claimed to be an 'expert' at all!)

I find the insulting criticisms of Hendrik a waste of everyones time also, so I by no means feel that 'he alone' ruins any thread to be fair.

Mikes clips are produced well and have some interesting ideas presented clearly by someone who is obviously very passionate about what he does. And I for one would want to see more visual comparisons from the hard liners who post here.

As an example, I will work on a clip that presents how I was shown similar drills and explain where they fit into our pole form if someone else is also up for sharing?

    Anyone?

I neither call myself a Sifu nor claim expertise. I treat most such claims on this board, like Hendrik's, with what they deserve, derision.

    I don't care.
