    Graduation Day

    Brothers and Sisters,

    Today I am graduating from New England School of Acupuncture, the oldest school of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine(herbal medicine) in the USA.

    It has been 3 long years, but I wanted to thank everyone here for their support, as well as their amusing antics which helped me deal with incredibly long school weeks and long clinical sessions.

    Woo Hoo!

    Hence they hide rather than be known as adults.

    congratulations on surviving the hell that is Allied Health Care Provider school;

    welcome to the hell that is Allied Health Care provision...

    as a graduation "gift", I will reveal to you the secrets of my success in the world of manual therapy:
    1) when u hav a new pt., watch how they walk into the office, talk to the receptionist, and sit in the waiting room bef they kno u r ;

    2) when u shake their, assess the characteristics of their grip, how they weight in their body, and what they do w their eyes

    3) when u escort them into the room, let them go first and watch where they sit (in the pt. chair, on the table, or in ur chair)

    basd on the above, I usually get a pretty good idea of where people r at, and our chances for successful outcome (of course, none of it's written in stone, but it's pretty telling in many to most cases)

    just remember: House said it best - "everybody lies"...
