    I can't watch the Video in question....

    But ShenFa is an integral part of all styles of KungFu. If you understand the method of generating power for a particular technique, then the correct Shenfa is implied. By exagerrating the Shenfa you will increase potential for explosive power.

    I wouldn't try copying Wugulun Pais shenfa as it is very specific, but if you understand your own move doing it with Shenfa is easy and essential.

    If the video exagerrates ShenFa it is not neccesserily performance...Depends how it does it. Many people do this.

    Amazon used to have it, but all out. Www.frelax.com has it
    you have to have the chinese characters for his name to find out, its in one of my threads here about how to find books on that site.

    (5 sections, 40 postures)

    第一段 diyi duan - First Section
    1. White cloud covering peak (baiyun gaiding - 白云盖顶)
    2. Arrow step with a single fork (jianbu dancha - 箭步单叉)
    3. Raise up leveling the elbow (qishen panzhou - 起身盘肘)
    4. Double clouds over the peak, double stomping feet (shuang yunding, shuang henjiao - 双云顶,双恨脚)
    5. Large seven-star (da qixing - 大七星)
    6. Bow step with a single whip (gongbu danbian - 弓步单鞭)
    7. Holding the moon in the arms (huaizhong baoyue - 怀中抱月)
