The same question can be asked, "What's the purpose of a throwing dummy?"

The answer is, "When you don't have training partner, that throwing dummp will be the only thing that can help you to develop your throw."

The Flow is relentless like a raging ocean with crashing waves devasting anything in its path.
"Kick Like Thunder, Strike Like Lighting, Fist Hard as Stones."
"Wing Chun flows around overwhelming force and finds openings with its constant flow of forward energy."
"Always Attack, Be Aggressive always Attack first, Be Relentless. Continue with out ceasing. Flow Like Water, Move like the wind, Attack Like Fire. Consume and overwhelm your Adversary until he is No More"
here is a clip of what I would consider some good techniques...

Actually I believe in punching your face to establish a bridge...When you parry, cover or attempt to strike back a bridge is formed. From the bridge you control your opponents center so you can strike and kick him with out him being able to strike you back as much. Pull him off balance, flank him, blind side him, turn his attack line away from your center. All the while you continuously punch his nose and chop his throat!
