There are two types of Chinese martial artists. Those who can fight and those who should be teaching dance or yoga!
53 years of training, 43 years of teaching and still aiming for perfection!
Recovering Forms Junkie! Even my twelve step program has four roads!

I don't recall ever seeing that form before.
Does WHF and mainland branches have Yat Lo & Yee Lo Ba Zhou as well as the Eight Elbows Boxing Form?
Paul
Paul,
As for Mainland Mantis, I can attest that Taiji Meihua Tanglangquan has four roads to their Ba Zhou.
Also, both Taiji Tanglangquan and Taiji Tanglangquan (CCK) have at least two roads to their Ba Zhou.

Kevin,
I don't use any program for translating, just a dictionary. To place Chinese characters along with the pinyin in my posts, I copy and paste from the on-line dictionary at Mandarin Tools.
The phrase "第 一 段 八 肘" comes from Zhang Bingdou's book 太 极 梅 花 螳 螂 拳 下. The translation was my own.
