    An Example of Correct Principals for Chi Sao

    An example of some correct principles to work on when doing chi sao. Hopefully one can see that Fong Sifu's line doesn't condone chasing and/or fancy movements just for looks. The "result" of correct principals and staying true to center makes one fluid....

    I did not watch the video completely but I think I understand what ed is doing.or showing I don't do PB or LS wc either but that is ok. Public? There is a "Public"? A large part of "public" may pick MMA over PB and LS combined. Individuals decide for themselves.No one speaks for Fong Sifu. Each person shows their own understanding of what is taught.
