The sparring in the clip is a little wild, but those guys are sort of new to sparring and they're slowly weeding out the mistakes.
You can see how they're not yet able to use the correct footwork in order to really enter and gain/control position with the elbows....a lot of outstretched arms and hitting out of an effective distance.
Slowly but surely.
