Hey, I'm not supposed to be using a bong sao to attack. WC doesn't do that.
But, since it's working in full contact I guess I'll keep teaching it.

Man, I get so much flack from people (who probably don't fight), saying I'm doing it wrong.

I used to get the bong is 'defensive' and CK is a defensive form, but learned that its the other way round. Bong is a way to use the arm like a pak sao, for the same reasons, to make a new strike from wu sao.
To do this our bong moves laterally not up or forwards. A sharp slapping energy, like the jum elbow energy we exchanged Sunday. The bong elbow then drops as quickly back to hit with elbow tight to center for force and structural integrity of the 1cm or death line Next meeting !

In Kulo 22 we call that Double Dragon. Similar but different. It belongs to th "two (arms) managing one" side entry method. We use the Tan on 2nd gate and Bong on 3rd gate to knock the opponent off balance straight away to set up palm strikes to face and elbow tips to ribs below the armpit. Can follow through with a take-down.

There are LOTS of clips of me on the web. None of my fights because cameras were rare, big heavy devices back then. I was referring to even a demo clip of you. I'd just like to see one of you demonstrating something.
