Chi or Qi is nothing more than the energy that fuels your body. It can not be projected from the body in any form or fashion. If it did not exist, neither could we. It is what keeps us alive so to speak. What you seen in the video was faked. Notice that he used a table cloth so that you could not see under the table. It is not even a parlor trick. It is a faked video.
When I was a young man, I was walking down an alley going home from work one afternoon, and I heard what sounded like a large bird chirping. It wasn't steady, but every 30 seconds or so. I had heard it before and was curious, so I peeked over the stone fence to see a small man standing there with a bird cage on a small table. He would grimmace like he was constipated and holding his hand up like he was shoving something would make a loud chirping sound. I watched for a time and then went on. I heard this again the next day and could not resist speaking to him. He invited me in and explained that he was developing his Chi. He was attempting to kill the small sparrow in the cage with projected chi. I asked if that was possible and he said yes. Then I asked him how long he had been developing this chi, and he said 25 years. 25 years at the same task and yet he could not kill the small bird. I said my farewell and left. I do not think he ever succeeded in this persuit.
One must keep both his feet firmly planted on reality.
