My shifu has a set of forms (in four parts) called Chuan Zhi 穿枝 - he said it was created by Hao Lian Ru, founder of Hao family mantis and it was said to be the cream of master haos knowledge and experience, combining mantis with aspects of luohan and monkey boxing which he had previously learnt.
