    Its just not eco friendly...that's why man made tools. Martial artists need to quit kicking the crap out of trees and destroying flimsy pieces of wood for show.

    I used to hit tress outside my house and the yellow round post at home depot (I worked there) I had to stop because people thought there was something wrong with me!

    thx, actually i am neither the autor, nro translator - the article was written 60 years ago by a student of Lam Saiwing, Wu Lap Gung/Wu Lap Fung.

    Triple Stretch - well, obviously same root, especially the first sections of Triple Stretch. Some of the White Crne versions are even closer to Iron Wire Set. Check out this article of mine:
