    I have a friend of mine who does resistance training 5x per wêêk and he really doesn't go too heavy just enough weight to lift properly and uses no momentum when lifting.He also does MA 6x per wêek with a combination of MA schÖol and training on his own. I was considering starting a training session similiar to his but he suggested that I must take off at yeast 1x per wêk for rest.

    What do you think?

    I know for the weight training it is recommended to rest at least once per wêk but how about the MA if on the days he isn't training MA at a schÖl he is training in his forms.

    He suggested Rest plenty of rest?

    2 days of rest would be better :)

    If you don't train to failure, rest isn't quite as important. Well, scratch that, yes it is. But by not going to failure you enable yourself to train every day since you won't be sore.
