Sorry there's no English subs. . . .yet...if I find a subtitled version I'll send you another link. The show is called "Kung Fu Quest" (second season). They are doing a highlight on Mongolian arts. I think Dino will want to see this:

On a side note, really interesting connection betweem archery and shuai jiao there. I never would have guessed it. They make a direct connection between the mechanics of drawing a bow and those invovled in grip fighting.

Sorry the archery bit is so short. They spent more time on training camels than they did on the archery.

Anyways, it's real mongolian archery. The two guys learning are a couple of MA instructors from Hong Kong. The guy laughing at the one guy for dropping the bow and the other guy for snapping his own arm with the string is a local mongolian wrestler.

Be careful what you say about the Rainbow Arrow, many have underestimated it's awesomeness and never lived to tell the tail.

Utah is not a city... btw, on the otherhand I didn't realize it was so gay either!

Fear the Rainbow!!! Fear the Rainbowwwwwww!!!

    Utah's not a city....
What would happen if a year-old baby fell from a fourth-floor window onto the head of a burly truck driver, standing on the sidewalk?
It's practically certain that the truckman would be knocked unconscious. He might die of brain concussion or a broken neck.
Even an innocent little baby can become a dangerous missile WHEN ITS BODY-WEIGHT IS SET INTO FAST MOTION.

There's a really gay city over here too. I do fear the rainbow arrow. That's why I don't go there.

From SF to SLC with love

Getting back on topic (why is it you all gotta keep posting gay tangents? Why? WHY?!?! ), check out Peter Lorge's book, Chinese Martial Arts. There's a lot on archery.
