    It is a very warming Kidney tonic that has some serious mojo.

    You have to be very careful with it as it can overheat you in the warmer months.

    In the winter you can take a shot a day for 2 weeks and then take 1 week off and then repeat all winter.

    In warmer months, you can take a teaspoon 1-2 times per week.

    Always give your body time off.

    You always tonify in the winter.

    Hello Dale;

    Thanks for the info; so do you suggest that i prepare the tonic like in July and let it rest for 3 month so i can start taken it in October?

    by the way; i sent you an email like 2 weeks ago about the Tiger exit the woods jow.

    Thanks for your time and help.

    Hey there,

    Sorry if I did not get back to you. I get many emails.

    You can email me at herbs@daledugas.com anytime.

    You can make the herbs and let them sit and wait until the colder weather starts to make an appearance.
