The Flow is relentless like a raging ocean with crashing waves devasting anything in its path.

"Kick Like Thunder, Strike Like Lighting, Fist Hard as Stones."

"Wing Chun flows around overwhelming force and finds openings with its constant flow of forward energy."

"Always Attack, Be Aggressive always Attack first, Be Relentless. Continue with out ceasing. Flow Like Water, Move like the wind, Attack Like Fire. Consume and overwhelm your Adversary until he is No More"

    This is sup jee sao
in English it means 10 (character) hand
It is named this way because it moves in the shape of the chinese word 10,
or in english, like a cross

But look, ip ching has 2 versions of bil jee sup jee sao, and this one is not the finger flicking method

I attribute it to his 10 years of living with ip man till he died, and also echoed in sentiment by leung ting, that ip man said, his kungfu was really passed to ip ching.

The waving can be a flexibility drill - not necessary in the form.Differences between mother motions and derivatives.

Re Leung Ting--lots of folks have opinions and he has his- so what?
