It's not only 7 star mantis. It also includes 6 harmony mantis. I like the waist rotation, move body like earthworm, and compress and release principles.

Thanks for sharing. This is the 2nd clip that I have seen mantis "body vibration" training. We just don't see this level of detail in most of the youtube clips.

The "body vibration" ability is very important in the throwing art. If your body can vibrate like this, you opponent's body contact throws such as hio throw, shoulder throw, ... will be hard to work on you.

No matter how fast you can move like an earthworm, yout just don't move fast enough. We have never heard any earthworm that can move in "lighting speed". This slow speed "move body like earth worm" is useless in combat. In combat, we don't have the full compress time that we need.
