I found this great bag work demo video on youtube from some Swedish Goliath, his footwork and movement are outstanding. Although it's mostly a boxing vid, he throws in a few kicks at the end for good measure.

I call Shenanigans. He did'nt have long gold hair or mighty Mjolnir.
I don't know how heavy that bag was, but guy looks like he may have some heavy hands.
