Movies that show the REAL MA

I was watching The Hunted last night (the one with Tommy Lee Jones and Benecio Del Toro) and my wife commented and how real they made it look.
Which got me to thinking of the movies that showed the "real" MA.
By real I mean realistic in terms of movie fighting getting as close as to the real thing being depicted in said movie.
The hunted shows Sayoc Kali as close to reality as it can be for a movie and gives a pretty good "description" of knife fighting (for a movie).

I was wondering what other movies you guys have seen that are similar.

    Real Fights

I think what you saw was really good cut scenes, it reminds me of some of the Bourne ID film fight scenes...I believe they use Kali/Arnis as well. Probably the same fight choreographer. I loved that fight scene in North Africa where he uses the book to bash the bad dudes face in. Lots of great improv in those Bourne fights...rolled up magazines (See there is a good use for your Kung Fu Tai Chi subscription).

Anything with Chuck Norris or Steven Seagal is as real as it gets.

Imada was the choreographer for the Bourne stuff which was top notch and it was a combo of Kali and JKD.
The guys that did The Hunted were strictly Sayoc Kali if I recall.
Still that element of kali was there in both those movies/series.
Bourne was also a very good example.

I don't know how realistic they are, but I loved the fight scenes in Taken.

A History of Violence had some realistic ones if i'm not mistaken. I may be, though. It's been a while since i've seen it.

I remember some throat crushing at some point.

Eastern Promises has a particularly brutal fight scene. I find it cringe-worthy, mainly because it takes place in a bathhouse.
