    Good pullup program?

I am looking for a good pullup program (not one armed). Does anyone know of one that works? Also, this is not for me (although I may have to try it too ;) ) so nothing too vigorous please.
    thanks,

    Just do ladder's 3x/week.

To do this, you do 1 pull-up, wait for a few seconds, 2 pull-ups, wait a few seconds(ideally this is the amount of time it took you to complete the previous pull-ups), 3 pull-ups, etc etc. When you don't think that you'll be able to fully complete the next set of pull-ups, stop and wait two minutes, and then start the whole thing over again. End up doing 3-5 ladders. It's better to do with a partner as you can just continually switch off on doing the pull-ups, so you don't have to time your breaks. This will make the amount of max pull-ups you can do sky rocket.

BTW, Do you have access to a pull-up bar all day?
