CCK Tai Chi Praying Mantis Demo June 2

We will be performing at the Grand Rapids Arts Festival this Saturday at 1 pm in the Adult Involvement area behind the County Building. Between forms, the audience will participate in qigong exercises and push hands. Forms will include:

    Tai chi jeung (cloudy palm)
Dan tre sou (single push hands)
    Tai chi jian
    Tai chi dao
    Bagua dao
    8 stances
    Gong li chuan
    Bung Bo
    Two person bung Bo
    Stick on stick
    Umbrella
    Umbrella vs daggers
    Spear(stick?) vs dao and crutch

This year I'm going to forgo the mantis forms and perform the first 3 tai chi forms on the list due to creaky right knee..

    Jackie,
Good luck with the demonstration. Ihope everything goes smoothly. From what you posted it sounds like it will be quite a show. Will you be posting a video on YouTube.

The show went well but it was very windy outside. Hopefully will go through vids to post soon!
