246 - Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993)
The Dragon's Heartbeat (by Randy Edelman)

This track is (IMO) the best one from this movie, and is a perfect example of where a film's musical score surpasses the movie itself. Although not really an "old-school kung fu film", Dragon: TBLS is also an example of things going the other way...it is a martial arts-themed film, and parts of this track were later used in the original trailer for Forrest Gump, as well as televised sporting events.

This DeWolfe Music Library track is heard in:
The Magnificent Ruffians
249 - Romeo and Juliet (1968)
Love Theme, a.k.a., A Time For Us (by Henry Mancini)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z66YxLygpro&sns=em
A slightly different version of this is heard in:
A Book of Heroes
The original soundtrack to the movie was by Nino Rota, but it was Henry Mancini's rendition of Love Theme that topped the U.S. charts in 1969. The version heard in A Book of Heroes may be (a later version?) by either one of them, or by somebody completely different.

250 - Interrabang (1969)

This track from the movie (and probably others) is heard in:
Young Lovers on Flying Wheels
251 - Chor Lau-Heung (Mandarin: Chu Liuxiang; 1979 Hong Kong TV series)
Title Theme (composed by Joseph Koo; vocals by Adam Cheng)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U506q7MwplM&sns=em
This is the only original example of this track I could find on youtube. Unfortunately, it's cut short, only going from 0:00 to 1:33.
This theme is also heard in:
Night Orchid (a.k.a., Faster Blade, Poisonous Darts)
Not coincidentally, both the Chor Lau-Heung TV series and Night Orchid starred Adam Cheng.

Hi, do you have any idea of the source of the music in this movie starting from 01:03:25 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_4_dAhhAec? Too familiar but just can't remember the name of this melody.
Glad to be of help, hellknight.
To clarify, although that was post #82, the entry number is 105. I put the entry number before the original movie or song title at the upper left-hand corner (at this point, the most recent entry # is 251).
Jimbo,
Ok, I see.
252 - Chariots of the Gods (1970)*
*An addition to entry #204
Soundtrack Suite (by The Peter Thomas Sound Orchestra)
Tula: Monumental Sculptures (track begins @ 6:33)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ll9D_dQH9hA&sns=em
This track was used in several KF movies, including:
Sleeping Fist
Some of the other tracks were also used in other KF films, but I can't recall any titles at the moment. The track starting at 3:59 is a repeat of entry #204. As mentioned, there are several tracks from this film that were borrowed for KF movies, but very few of them are on youtube yet.
