Cues from these tracks are heard in many other old-school HK KF movies, most often independent productions. In some of the tracks are cues reminiscent of the original Friday the 13th soundtrack, minus the "hhh-hhh-hhh-hhh-ch-ch-ch-chhh" sounds. However, Coma predates that film by two years.

There are several tracks from this soundtrack that have been used in numerous KF films, particularly several filmed in Taiwan. There's at least one more that was used in Challenge of the Lady Ninja as well.
