    Greetings Jimbo,

It is sharings like this that make the internet such an interesting place. Thank you for your work and this contribution. I did not know this piece existed and it sounded familiar; only to find that the piece it reminded me of came about two years later (1982). That revelation was shocking because I thought the work I was familiar with was original (it may be considered a classic by many). Here it goes (The accompanying video is absolutely monster. Check out the amazing clarity):

Thanks! And you are absolutely right, mickey. Sky's Hotta has ALWAYS reminded me of the Blade Runner soundtrack. I heard Vangelis's Blade Runner OST when the movie came out, before I ever heard Hotta. It does sound like Hotta inspired the Blade Runner OST. In fact, a track or two from Blade Runner is in entry #133.

Which reminded me, there is another, separate (but somewhat similar) Vangelis track that you might find interesting in this next entry:

    408 - Antarctica (1983)

    Theme From Antarctica (by Vangelis)

    This track is heard in:
Be Careful, Sweetheart (a.k.a., Lover and Sword)
