I have a wavemaster in my basement, which works well for my kicks and punches, although not as well as a hanging bag. What I want to know, though, is some good training for stuff like conditioning and such. I also need to train my hitting speed, and I need to work on leg strength. I can't buy the wooden dummy like I had hoped I could, though...I don't have money, haha.

Lets get to the point, what are some good ways I can train at home other than my Wavemaster?
