And still, not a penny spent on fb promotion. It's all been through quality content and the gracious word-of-mouth from you good people. Thank you everyone who has liked us on facebook!

I read this article on the Internet Cat Video Film Festival in the NYT this morning and thought of you, MightyB. It's not posted on their site yet, but here's an NYP article (follow the link for internet cat vids).
Film fest set to fete Internet cat videos
By Lindsay Putnam

It was sheer luck that Lisa Vallez had a video recorder on hand when one of her rescue kittens, Albert, decided to take a swipe at a dog 10 times his size. She posted the 28-second clip on YouTube in 2007, never expecting it to rack up the over 645,000* views it has today.

“I’ve posted other videos of our cats before, but that one took off,” the Greenpoint resident says about her viral video, “Little Kitten Challenges Big Dog!”
Welcome to the world of Internet cat stardom, where web sensations such as Grumpy Cat and Lil’ Bub reign supreme. So popular have these feline-focused clips become, that on Friday, Oct. 25, Brooklyn’s Warsaw Theater is set to host the New York premiere of the Internet Cat Video Film Festival. Here are five local entrants seeking feline fame tomorrow…
The Internet Cat Video Film Festival is on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m, 261 Driggs Ave., Brooklyn. 718-387-0505. Admission: $20. All viewing numbers correct at time of publication.

I saw that advertised on the news. You wouldn't think that so many people would log on to the internet to see a little pu**y.
anyway - congrats on the likes. The hard part is to figure a way to convert them to moniez paying customers.

It's hump day and it'll be a push to make it to 60K by day's end, but it could happen. Either way, it'll be a nice Halloween treat.

Worthy of note - facebook has now surpassed our forum here for page views per day. We're even starting to get trolls there now, but as facebook isn't as conducive for dialog (a.k.a. flame wars), the trolls are pretty weak by comparison. The trolls with the strongest Kung Fu remain here.
I'm also going to stop updating this thread with every 1000. It's been dominating this subforum too much lately. From now on, I'll only update with every 5000 milestone.
Thanks again, everyone on facebook, for your continued support.

I've so lost track of our fb milestones. As it's grown larger than the forum here, patrolling it is sucking up a lot of my time now. And facebook's admin is pretty clunky. But as the forum will be down this week for maintenance, it'll be all about fb.

As we were offline for two weeks, I haven't been able to update this until now.
