Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding red flower oil. I want to add some conditioning exercises to my training regimen. To be specific i want to start da sam sing (three star striking) which is conditioning the three parts of the forearm (left, top and right) not with a partner but by hitting a tree trunk.

My question is. I currently do not own any dit da jow. However, I found an axe brand red flower oil that I have.

Will this suffice for conditioning training 3 times a week if I apply it before and after exercise? Or is it not strong enough and will not help me with my conditioning healing.
