So you practice the YKT drills.

    You will feel:

The joints of your body getting looser and looser, more and more smooth to manual. There you recognized the physical layer

Your mind is in quite state more and less thinking. Peace more then excited. There you recognized the mind layer.

Your breathing is deep , fine, and with ease . There you recognized the breathing layer.

Inside your body or limbs , you feel lighter and lighter , less and less stuckness. And occationally feel warm and comfortabe. There you recognized your qi layer.

You feel the action reaction force path taken place among your joints. There you recognized your force vector layer.

There on , it is no longer the old heaving clumpy truck, but a light weight f16 plane. The YKT has complete it's mission and the journey into WCK has just started .

Looking back one has changed the mind - body , will Benifit even in daily life. No need to proof or being approve, you know if you reach there.

No one can do that for you but you own practice. It is not YKT, it is all about you. That is why it s called Your Kung fu.

people need to know what you are dealing with. And always follow the loose, quite, natural. Never do anything violate these even when you practice your sets or chi sau or dummy. The YKT lead you to aware of yourself. But you still need to only stay within the boundary of the operating range of the four drills. In another words, do not do any stunt or forceful action which is beyond your feeling or handling while you practice your four drill. The four drills is your reference to tell you your boundary. Of cause the more you practice the move the boundary expand . But never force it.
