Those who is going through the YKT education will be able to experience the communication I am making. And there after be able to use the experience and the five layer catagorization to experience and retrieve the treasure in the three sets of their own lineage. These drills are a form Of experience calibration or syncronization in additional to the health development.

This is pretty sad. You aren't actually saying anything at all. Are you purposefully misleading your fans or do you really not have a clue what you are doing?

Yes! It's very sad that people think TCMA can be trained "solo". Without training partner, opportunity, timing, and angle will have no meaning. That's 3/5 of the combat requirement as:

    - opportunity,
    - timing,
    - angle,
    - force,
    - balance.

The power generation is only 1/5 of the total equation. If you spend all your training time in power generation, you will miss the other 4/5 of the equation.

There is no REAL secrets in Wing Chun, but because the forms are conceptual you have to know how to decipher the information..That's the secret..

    Great!
    Hope it help.

Beside the development of health promoting.
The drills embeded with natural bows alignment , qi medirian flow, and jing or force vectors path.

So, the six bows, the 20 qi channels, the 4 Jing path are developed, verify, and operate when one practicing the drills.

So, what happen is even one doesn't know these bows, qi channels, and jing path, after some practice using loose, quiet, and natural as principle. Ones body mind will naturally know what is natural. After this natural surface, when one practice the sets, one will recognized the set up of the bows, qi medirian flow, and jing path in the sets.

view the bows as bow, the jing path as the bow string, the qi medirians and the lublicate path. Thus, the YKT drill is a health development exercise hidden with a well develop bow.

In the ancient internal art, one first develop the bow, string, and lublicate path the art can be used as martial art. Thus, before chi sau one develop these, then in chi sau one test drive and improve them. These things exist in the WCK sets but if we don't have a teacher to coach one in every details, then, the YKT can lead one to finding them via first develop these things in the most simplistic form and experience them in a short period of time.

So there are four jing path; each side of the body has two paths, namely, one path for accept jing one path for issue jing. One actually play with these in chi sau. The different sets up of the bows are just for supporting these four.

Thus, there is no need for toes point in , rooting, after one is good at it. the goal is to be able to play with these jing path at any shape and time with minimum changes in physical. It can take Any shape, only then , it is practical. That is the game of line force type of power generation.

After develop the jing path, The force balancing part of the line type of power generation will be available for one to play with in chi sau, however, the pulse generation will have to take some coaching to learn how to bounce to create pulse technics. One must not attemp the pulse generation before the bow , string, lublicate develop to a certain level. Otherwise, one can cause damage to either joints or internal organs due to drastic increasing of loading.

And the develop of these is called neigong or internal gong because one cannot read these from external shape only. That is what the sets practice is suppose to develop. But if that is not happening, use the YKT as catalyst to pull it out.

This is the part of internal engine of wing Chun 1850 which I hope available for all wcner in the next 3 years beside the health part which is great for daily life.

Neigong is lots of stuffs. To the minimum qigong, breathing, mind, jing path development in a package. And the power come in a natural simple move with ease.

Following my late sifu and tradition, I don't like to talk about these layer five stuffs. But prefer to focus on the health development which is very useful and effective for daily living. The silver bullet comes with the health practice any way talking about it or not. One don't have to keep telling other how much money one has in the bank.

    J,
All the WC forms train all the 5 layers Hendrik is talking about. The forms themselves can transform your Kung Fu if one is mindful of their training. If one knows what they are training and why, otherwise its useless training. To simply go threw the motions without understanding serves no purpose. So if one can apply the 5 layers to their SLT,CK,BJ then one can transform themselves. Most WCers talk about either WC theory, applications, drills, sparring etc. this we all know and is common knowledge across all WC lines, but this is only one layer of the training. As a MA/fighter of course very important, the end result of what most are seeking, but WC has more to offer then this, To make your WC effective one should train not just this layer but all five layers. Besides good health, mental freshness it can lead to a spiritual path if you wants to take it there. kung Fu training is like a triangle. It trains the physical body, the mental and spiritual. Most people only care about beating someone up so you are only training at best 1/3 of what the system has to offer, but even that 1/3 needs all 5 layers to be effective. WC is a system, and IMO that system should be trained in all 5 layers. I wont go over the 5 layers, since hendrik has already documented that in great detail.

The reason I said I have decoded the forms, just means I have a better understanding of the 5layers and how that relates to the WC forms. The forms themselves contain the codes. you simply need to unlock them.

So what are some of the codes? (not in any particular order ) SLT, CK,BJ train all 5 bows. In the SLT, The movment of the Wrist is the training of the 1st bow (1 layer). When you do 3 prayers to buddha you train the breathing and mental layer (2nd and 3rd layer) Bil Je the cup jan sections train the shoulder or 3rd bow. CK trains the 4th bows the hips. There are many other examples but I have no time to explain..Off to work now..
