Dit da jow - application tips & precautions

    Hi all,

As part of my conditioning, I have started using Dit Da Jow (DDJ) very recently.
I understand there are several precautions to take while applying it. This thread is aimed at sharing experience and centralizing tips and precautions on the application of DDJ.

A few items to kick off the sharing process:
    - Do not apply to sensitive areas (eyes, mouth, genitals, etc.)
    - Do not swallow
    - Store DDJ in a dry and dark place
    - Store DDJ in a glass bottle.
    - Massage (in a circular motion) towards the heart. On that one, I actually don’t know why we are supposed to do it this way. Does anybody know?
    - Do not apply on cuts
    - Wait at least 1 hour (but preferably more) before washing it off

Please do feel free to fuel this discussion based on your knowledge and experience.
    Thanks.
    D.

Usually you apply the liniment 2-3 times per day or as needed for pain.

You can apply it a few times and rub it into the skin until the liquid is absorbed. You then apply another application and use this to massage the area and massage back toward the heart to help increase circulation.

DDJ helps to increase micro and macro circulation which then in turn helps the body with the injury.

No need to keep it on for an hour if you need to wash it off.
Most DDJ can be washed off after 20 minutes as you body has absorbed the herbs into the dermal layer of the body.
Mouth Boxers have not the testicular nor the spinal fortitude to be known.
Hence they hide rather than be known as adults.
