Yes it is lo man kam.

I respect him alot as a true wing chun kung fu man.. you can tell he is passionate and has ip man wing chun.

Interesting that he uses a similar logo for his school that the Lam Jo Hung Gar guys use!

    Comment from vid:

    饅頭怕狗,狗怕廣東人,廣東人怕饅頭。

    一物剋一物,一招剋一招,哪一招最好→視當時的情況做出的反應而定。

    師父一再強調詠春拳沒有絕招,只有反應。
The mantou (steam bread bun) is afraid of the dog, the dog is afraid of the Cantonese (because we eat them), the Cantonese are afraid of the mantou (we prefer rice).

One element overcomes another element, one technique subdues other technique. Which technique is the best --> comes down to the situation at the time creating the particular response.

Sifu again strenuously maintains that there are no killer techniques in Wing Chun, only reactions.

I see some very interesting concepts there; he’s taking the most uncommon fighting lines and truly working the “chess board”, I like it. He’s showing a lot of wisdom and experience as well, good stuff.
