New Books from Shifu Roger Hagood

My Jook Lum Tong Long teacher, Shifu Roger Hagood who has been living in China for the past decade plus has written a few new books on South Mantis.

The Chu Gar Gao book will be available in September.

For more information on how to order these books visit www.chinamantis.com

You can also get these books at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.

Thanks Dale. I've been wanting some info on Southern Mantis, but it seems kind of hard to find in comparison to a lot of others.

From what i've seen it looks like a very "powerful" style.

It is an internal style that uses a lot of taking the power from your opponent and turning it back on them.

Lum Sang the master who brought this style to the USA, was 5 foot tall and was known for his incredible power.

Gin Foon Mark who is in his 80's still is extremely potent and his training of both Jook Lum and Qi Gong helps.

Get away from the silly external internal debate.

All real systems have both forms of training.

RG has been putting a lot of stuff out there.
It would be great to see him bring out more info on Lam Sang, and his development of his branch of Jook Lum.
