    Bows Alignment Development?

I just wondering from the Yip Man lineage and others how do you train Bow aka Structure alignment...

How do you develop using your structure expel force and repel force.

I have seen demos where people use their structure to absorb another persons push but not so much in attacking.

How do you combine your structure, your horse and your hands together....

when the feet move the hands move...Hands and feet together. When you punch your feet should move too. Meaning you should move in a linear motion into you opponents centre taking his centerline an ruin his structure by concussive attacks.

    HERES THE ACTUAL QUESTION?

What do you do to develop your whole body unison power?

How do you test that power to judge how strong or weak it is?
The Flow is relentless like a raging ocean with crashing waves devasting anything in its path.

"Kick Like Thunder, Strike Like Lighting, Fist Hard as Stones."

"Wing Chun flows around overwhelming force and finds openings with its constant flow of forward energy."

"Always Attack, Be Aggressive always Attack first, Be Relentless. Continue with out ceasing. Flow Like Water, Move like the wind, Attack Like Fire. Consume and overwhelm your Adversary until he is No More"

the power comes from the legs, and connected with the hands.. by use of the the bows and the tendons. the structure is not the shape. structure is shapeless it can take any form. Tan sao has no structure, fok sao has no structure until you connect the shape with your bows, tendon by using your mind to relax your body and being able to feel it.

There is no REAL secrets in Wing Chun, but because the forms are conceptual you have to know how to decipher the information..That's the secret..

Here's a clue to how to generate power when attacking with the body. Pull, instead of pushing.

Try this when just doing regular punches. Focus on pulling your forward hand back more than the pushing out of the punch. Develop this and it will help you balance your body and hands. Over time you can work it into all of the motions. It can be done with any motion even if ever so slightly. You wouldn't think that something like a tan punch or similar would have a pulling motion to it but it does very slightly, that is if you want to generate power. But remember, this is ONLY for attacking! The active/passive rules still apply to redirecting force.
