    Angry Monkey Iron Palm Level 1
    Warm ups and preparation
    #1. Massage Dit Da Jow into hands thoroughly before Arm Swings.
    #2. Reverse Arm Swinging method 50 each side left and right.
    #3. Massage Dit Da Jow again into hands thoroughly before Finger Flicking.
    #4. Swinging Finger Flicks, 50 total.
    Hitting methods
    #1. Iron Palm: Hit palm, back hand, chop and finger tips.
    #2. Hit both left and right hand for total of 15 minutes.
    #3. Hit consistently at least 2-3 times a day.
    #1. Fire Palm: Hit palm side of finger tips and back side of finger tips with whipping motion.
    #2. Hit both sides10 times only your first week. Add 10 more hits each consecutive week after.
    Cool down
    #1. Message Dit Da Jow into hands thoroughly and walk around slowly for 5 minutes.
    #2. Repeat applying Dit Da Jow as needed.
    Focus
    #1. Focus your eyes only on the bag. Do not look around or casually see things around you.
    Breathing / Qi Gong
    #1. Close your mouth and breathe thru your nose as best you can.
    Tips, suggestions, helpful pointers.
    #1. No eating or drinking 20 minutes before or after Iron Palm practice.
    #2. No distractions during practice. Do not go to bathroom. Do not take any phone calls.
    #3. Never hit when you are sick or have a depilating injury.
    #4. Get a timer and turn it on for 15 minutes. So you do not keep looking at a clock.
    #5. Keep a box of bandages on hand for minor cuts and keep your finger nails cut short.
    #6. Never apply Dit Da Jow to open wounds.
    #7. Limit the amount of alcohol and other things that may deplete your energy.

    This is the program we will be following on this saturday. Also we will be going over combat applications

    A successful seminar!

    The seminar went well.

    We trained from about 2 PM to 6 PM. Which sounds like a long time, but Gino really kept things moving along.

    Gino emphasized proper striking methods on various bags and practical fighting applications.

    We had at least 12 people in attendance and I think everyone had a good time.

    Actually Richard there was 16 peeps there + me and mooyingmantis. It was awesome, everyone did a great job. Thanks Richard for help and good afvise for everyone.
