any songshan shaolin school in the south china area?

Plan to visit guangzhou, futsan area. (southern china)
Anyone know if there are any songshan shaolin schools in those areas?
want to train for a week and tour for a week.
Got any contacts/websites I can visit?

Well, there's a Shaolin Subsidiary Temple on the outskirts of Kunming (Yunnan). http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/foru...060#post959060
I know they offer instruction there, but I haven't managed to get the full scoop yet.

Ah, a couple of students from Shi Deyang's school went down to Foshan to teach somewhere last year. I didn't find out exactly where though, but they are there somewhere... I haven't been in a while.

seems like they offer lion dance and i saw some songshan shaolin drills/forms
saw ppl in robes, not sure if they official monks or just disciples/students/coaches?

anyone know anything about the masters there and how legit/skilled they are?

Don't know who teaches there, but it's part of the International Chan Wu Federation which is Shi Xinghong's organization.
