Thread: Wing Chun Double End Bag

Another thing you can do just to drill hand eye coordination is dribble a tennis ball with using the heel, edge, and front of the fist. It doen's reproduce punching but it does work the coordination in order to stay in control of the ball. First do it with one hand, then two. If you can properly chain punch it you're a boss. It's incredibly hard to control that way with such a short, fast bounce.

    Thanks for the videos guys...excellent!

my Sifu has something similiar...It is a hanging ball from a long string and another one from several rubber bands...Its very hard to keep hitting the rubber band one...

But its not double end either...its simple one end!
