- Is his body connected? Obviously, since he is a successful fighter with many KO's
- Does he understand the principle of Sung? Of course.
- Has he reached to the "spirtual level"? As spiritual as anyone that fights.
- Has he achieved the inner peace? He doesn't go looking for fights or to prove himself so , yes.
- Has he done posture standing? Yep, he stands just fine.
- Does he have situational awareness? Never seen him get sucker punched or surprised attacked.
- Does he have "snake engine"? You'll have to ask his wife about that.
- Does he undestand "center line theory"? Who doesn't?
- Does he understand the 6DFV He has more KO's of other trained fighters than anyone else that mentions the 6DFV, so...
