Not the form, but the technique is in the first essentials form....

In the First Essentials form (Zhai Yao Yi Lu) of Taiji Meihua, White Ape Steals the Peach is a right hand hair grab and a right knee strike to the midsection. It is movement #18 in the quanpu.

In the WHF book it is replaced by movement #20 Lift Leg, Double Seal Hands and would have come immediately before movement #21 Kick Leg, Wing Sweeps Left.
