Hello, my name is Ralph Thannhäuser from Germany, I am 46years old and teacher for wing chun and kyusho.

I´d like to ask if anyone could help me on my search for an older text of Leung jan. He wrote a notebook about the inner aspects of wing chun including
- recepies of several chows
- dim mak
- poem of warzone
- internal power
- internal circulation
