    Wing Chun Basic Self Defense

    Self Defense Techniques...

    Does anyone practice these Bridging Techniques?

    Wing Chun Techniques
    The Flow is relentless like a raging ocean with crashing waves devasting anything in its path.

    "Kick Like Thunder, Strike Like Lighting, Fist Hard as Stones."

    "Wing Chun flows around overwhelming force and finds openings with its constant flow of forward energy."

    "Always Attack, Be Aggressive always Attack first, Be Relentless. Continue with out ceasing. Flow Like Water, Move like the wind, Attack Like Fire. Consume and overwhelm your Adversary until he is No More"

    LOL. ,If you believe that stuff will work like that, I have some swamp land and bridges to sell you, and the Johova Witnesses have some stuff to tell you.

    Why do you practice or drill these techniques at all then?

    This approach is very basic and lacks movement and angling
